Sectional update (28 Feb 2008)

Hi,

There will be sectional at this thurs (28 Feb), at PR3. As usual, 6-7pm for non performer while 7-9pm for performers. Since there was a technical problem last week, the guest players will join us from 7-9pm for this particular sectional. Sorry for the members who came on 6pm last week, and the guest players who came last week and have to come again since Mr.Lee went back.

Concert Reminder : Less than one month to concert day, plz come for combine practices if you don't have special events during the practice time.

Besides I've some notes here:
1. It is ok that you cannot come for certain practice, it can be understand that we have many other events out there and there will just simply clash with out practices. It is also ok if that particular practice is important (e.g. Mr.Lee wanna meet performers), but you got some reason you cannot come. The thing you have to do, just send me an sms n let me noe, particularly those important events that I've sms to notify, n I can just explain to whoever need to noe the reasons. Thank you very much for those considerate and responsible members who replied when they cannot make it. Hope that those who didn't do so can do me this favour in the future.

2. Since I've tutorial on 6pm-7pm every thurs, I wouldn't be able to handle any problems pop up during the period. In case of any problem, please let me noe b4 6pm (if is possible), if something really happens during 6pm-7pm when there's sectional, please seek assistant from the exco,

For keys and Instrument matters ----> property manager Zhiqun and Bing Yang,

If they are not reacheable or something else happens---->seek for president Kaixian, or vice president Geraldine for help as last resort.
